Starting as a night security guard he proceeded to learn all facets of "hospitality 101" while working for Starwood Hotels. His tenure with the company also allowed him to become an authority on the culture and processes of his organization. He now works as a GM for the company he started with over 20 years ago. Lonnie Williams Jr. grew up in Tucson, AZ and stayed in state to attend The University of Arizona on a football scholarship. Realizing athletics was not something he would be able to do as a profession Lonnie committed himself to his dream of becoming a lawyer.
