Video: UMOM New Day Centers: Impacting the Community

Valley of the Sun United Way is a local nonprofit organization that brings our community together and focuses resources on the most critical human care needs in the Valley. By partnering with businesses, individuals, government and other nonprofits we’re able to monitor the needs of our community and respond quickly as issues or opportunities arise.

UMOM New Day Centers had served this community through a variety of programs since 1964. Our objective is to help homeless, at-risk families to become self-sufficient and independent. This is accomplished by the provision of food and shelter, together with a continuum of services that will help families reach self-sufficiency.
