Leon Young has spent the entirety of his professional career working with one organization. Starting as a night security guard he proceeded to learn all facets of "hospitality 101" while working for Starwood Hotels. His tenure with the company also allowed him to become an authority on the culture and processes of his organization. He now works as a GM for the company he started with over 20 years ago.
