We are looking for a marketing coordinator who is obsessed with creating heart-grabbing ads that create exceptional results to reach our vision of serving 20,000 students over the next 5 years. We want a unicorn - someone who is obsessed with storytelling and copywriting, paid media advertising, branding, A/B testing, web design, funnel building, and influencer marketing.
Our ideal candidate does not view marketing as something they do for a job, but a way they live their life. If you find yourself adopting or learning new social platforms before any of your friends, if you find yourself unable to stop looking through other people’s ads and plug away late at night thinking of new ideas to create jaw-dropping results, if you can’t stop yourself from thinking about why an ad rocks or sucks, and if "marketing" is not just what you do but who you are, we want you.

We are the fastest-growing and one of the highest performing charter school networks in the state of Arizona that serves low-income children. We transform the neighborhoods we move into through college-prep education. This upcoming school year, we’ll serve 6,000 students and our goal is to serve 10,000 within the next three years and almost 20,000 within five years. At this scale, our digital marketing team will manage a $400,000-$800,000 ad budget (digital and traditional) to make this happen and will be instrumental in the launch of new campuses in neighborhoods that have never heard about us.

Does this interest you?

* Social media marketing and strategy as well as thorough understanding of social network algorithms, especially Facebook
* A/B testing and tracking and reporting of efficacy of marketing campaigns
* Content marketing & growth hacking techniques and distribution strategies
* Paid media (Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube advertising)
* You must have at least created or managed ads on each platform with proven success
* Copywriting and being a good storyteller are a must
