As a Program Manager you are responsible for the daily functioning of a program. You will supervise a team of direct support professionals. Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques, you work with those we support as they learn new skills and achieve goals. You provide life skills training in areas such as activities of daily living, money management, and relationship-building. You also assist them with finding recreational activities that they enjoy. You are conscientious about reporting any concerns about health and safety and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date. You are energized by the dynamic team of people you work with and find the work of supporting people with developmental disabilities to live amazing lives according to their own needs and desires extremely rewarding!



  • Must be at least 21
  • Ability to pass background check; obtain and keep Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
  • Pass AIRES training
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 75 pounds in order to transfer people is required
  • Basic computer proficiency
