Organizes data and formats the raw output by schools. Maintains the data library. SQL or Python programming knowledge a plus. ETL knowledge needed

  • Provide guidance and consultation on use of performance data for marketing and enrollment materials as well as teacher/staff, school and organizational goal setting (KPI).
  • Maintain data agreements with external vendors enabling centralized access to assessment results and student outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret results from internal and external assessments.
  • Present analysis and explain findings to key managers and school leaders.
  • Perform psychometric analysis on complex datasets from multiple database sources.
  • Evaluate item and test statistics from internal assessments and make recommendations about revisions and future use.
  • Contribute to design of assessment and survey systems and development processes.
  • Access student and network performance information from internal and external data sources.
  • Determine optimum data structure to enable visualizations.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes.
  • Develop and maintain database to house student and network performance information.
  • Update and replicate existing data visualizations for network-wide distribution.
  • Manage roles and permission settings regarding data users.
  • Assist in data checking and quality control of all published data across the BASIS network.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to data requests received through the IT Helpdesk service ticket.
  • Maintain data agreements with external vendors enabling centralized access to assessment results and student outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
