Job Summary: Serve as a member of the Product Development Team as the Product and Intake Specialist. Responsible for working with business/IT stakeholders to ensure the proper handling of new software requests, including admin requests, client enhancements and client defects found within existing applications, features and functionality. Assist in the management of unplanned priorities that are escalated by reporting back to IT and the business through final resolution. Responsible for the assignment of weekly grooming to deliver high-quality, technology solutions that meet internal and/or external deadlines
Receive daily requests for software development from all aspects of business
Escalate unplanned work received from business that requires immediate resolution with Product Owner/Scrum Master
Ensure new enhancements are entered into TFS with the required data elements to initiate product development grooming
Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure the proper handling of IRR’s
Translate “Business” (Operations, Contact Center, Treasury Management, Legal, Internal Audit, BD, IT/PMO) requests into user stories.
Document functional and non-functional requirements
Document user story and acceptance criteria to integrate with quality assurance test plans and cases.
Identify Business deadlines and priorities to ensure alignment with IT/PMO
Capture ‘steps to reproduce’ to ensure all client defects are ‘sprint ready’
Assign weekly grooming assignments for new requests for Team Insight
Import sprint metrics into TrueBI reporting tool for Product Development
Provide weekly intake reports for identifying client trends
Provide weekly intake reports for identifying “area” trends
Continuous improvement of reporting provided to business and IT
