Job Description
This individual will contact pharmacies and address alleged contract violations or fraudulent activity with them. They will research and verify the claim and information provided by the pharmacy for accuracy and include this information in the write up. The consultant will work with internal partners, such as Sales/Account Management teams, to provide detailed written responses on these alleged issues. This position will also educate the pharmacies on proper claim submission and policies.

Required Qualifications
5 years of industry related work experience required in pharmacy provider or PBM industry

Preferred Qualifications
Previous claim research or processing experience
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate issues, findings and recommendations both verbally and in writing to all levels of management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated self started with analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work and make decisions independently

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's degree preferred
