Fortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Rebate Finance Program Management Analyst, Senior to join our newly formed Rebate Process Innovation department! This role and team will drive key activities as part of CVS Health’s Align for Growth initiatives and will be a part of our Rebate Operations department within the PBM Finance organization. The candidate will require an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry leader. The individual will be working across our Rebate Operations department, IT organization and other functional areas as we look to transform our business through capital investments and process improvement initiatives.

As the Rebate Finance Program Management Analyst, Senior you will play an instrumental role in delivering on our transformational goals. You will partner closely with SMEs across our rebates organization to identify key business deliverables and assist with the documentation of project scope and timelines. The role requires the individual to possess functional understanding of our rebate transformation initiatives, knowledge of the various projects deliverables and the ability to document project timelines and status to the program leadership team. The role will need to ensure the initiatives align with the department’s transformation roadmap while ensuring the program stays on track to deliver on the objectives and goals outlined by the project teams. They will be expected to manage project documentation, produce project plans which capture deliverables and expected timelines and store the information in a manner where it can be accessed by various stakeholders. The position will also develop and management department metrics related operational and project activities which will be shared throughout the organization. They will also work with the Director - Rebate Process Innovation to align priorities and ensure the teams receive the necessary support to complete their project objectives within agreed upon timelines. The individual will assist with the management of department’s capital budget which will exceed $20MM and ensure the portfolio is appropriately funded to support the transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience capturing business requirements and creating project documentation across varies functional areas and systems. They will demonstrate the ability to initiate and lead project discussion and ensure teams are aligned with project deliverables. They must have the ability to identify key business and IT stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies across high visible program and provide status updates to leadership on health of the initiatives. The individual needs a proven record of collaborating and leading cross-functional teams which work to identify and resolve business needs.

Required Qualifications
5 years experience in a operations and/or finance based role

Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience within the PBM or Healthcare industries
3 years experience in a project management role

Education
Bachelors Degree
