The Process Innovation Planning & Measurement Senior Consultant will play a vital role in innovative, high profile programs that result in disruptive improvements to operations, creation of new products and capabilities, and successful growth for our Innovation colleagues and initiatives. This role is critical to driving solutions and growth for internal Process Innovation colleagues and PBM initiatives.

In this role you will focus on strategic framing of problems, hypothesis-driven analysis, fact and logic-based decision making, solution ideation, design, testing, and execution. You will work closely with HR and business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business, culture and colleagues, solve process-related problems, and present recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.

You will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with shared services and business teams to develop and refine our strategic framework and approach to solving key business opportunities. This often begins with vaguely-defined, ambiguous problems from which you will develop a logical framework and analytical plan of attack.

Engaging cross-functionally you will design solutions, develop and implement plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary.

You will develop communications frameworks, using superior analytical skills and logic to prepare material and presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise, and promotes the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

In addition, you will independently design, construct, and execute analyses to meet business vision, goals and requirements using data that will often be self-sourced through observations, surveys, interviews, and other feedback channels.

You will conduct root cause investigations, problem solve, articulate conclusions, and make recommendations to the senior leadership team in an efficient and effective manner

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience required, including 2+ years of consulting or related communications or analyst experience in an operational environment

Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills, with proven ability to analyze large data sets

Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to prepare presentations using data and insights to clearly and concisely communicate to appropriate audiences at all levels within the organization, operating with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent both verbally and written

Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly skilled and practiced in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SharePoint basic design/maintenance

Previous experience in an operational environment building business processes

Health Care industry or other Operations experience

Education
Bachelor's degree required
Previous Health Care, Operations, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience preferred
