We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager to join an entrepreneurial consumer health product team within CVSH that is focused on creating engaging user experiences for consumers using connected devices on their health journey.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in developing and executing on the vision and strategy on a fast paced team that is building a new consumer experience around connected devices. This role requires working closely with both internal and external development teams, communicating to a variety of stakeholders, and developing content to effectively communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap. The Senior Product Manager will be involved in every aspect of the product process: deeply understanding the business, the consumers, go-to-market strategies, and success metrics.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
* Ability to partner with cross functional teams in the midst of ambiguity
* Strong organizational, management, analytical, communication, and people skills
* Strong technical understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
* Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience and passion for bringing new healthcare products and services to market and the ability to drive product prioritization in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.
* Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment building consumer facing products
* Past product management or other related experience in a healthcare, digital health, or healthcare IT business.
* Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions based thinking and seeks to solve problems
* Able to balance customer-centricity, stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility for product while clearly articulating tradeoffs
* Ability to guide product strategy from internal pilots to external launch, create roadmaps, decompose high-level requirements into user stories, and manage product backlogs
* Experience creating and supporting seamless customer journeys through analog and digital experiences
* Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large organization that is fast-paced and fluid
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter while building connections with remote team members and stakeholders

Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
