Job Description
The Resource Planning Sr. Consultant, will be responsible for using internal CVS Health and external applications to design, develop, and produce provisioning tools, extracts and reports for internal leadership, business partners and clients. Additionally, identify and assist with building or improving current processes focused on efficiency.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve conflicts
o Proactively identify root cause of issue in order to define problems to move to solutions
o Conveys a strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
o Ability to rapidly adjust priorities to meet changing business requirements
o Provide professional support by maintaining high standards of courtesy, listening skills, rapport building skills, client expectation management and handling difficult situations.
o Prioritize tasks in an environment with goals that sometimes conflict.
o Address and Process Adhoc requests from management
o Attend reoccurring meetings with stakeholders and clients to convey updates

Required Qualifications
* A minimum requirement of 3 years of experience with below qualifications:
o Microsoft Access database development experience, troubleshooting, tuning and proficiency with database query optimizations
o Microsoft Access-ODBC connections
o Microsoft Access-Importing/Exporting file types including but not limited to-txt and csv.
o Microsoft Access queries (Make, Append, Delete, Updat0 and complex queries within queries
o Relationship Linked data between Microsoft Access queries to Microsoft Excel and vice versa
o Microsoft Excel- Including not limited to-Formulas, V-Look up, Dropdown Filters, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting
* Must be detail-oriented and organized
* Able to work multiple projects within strict timelines
* Must have excellent time management skills
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Strong Communication Skills-Verbal and Written
* Ability to work M-F 8-5 CT with expectations to work nights and weekends if required *Work from Home position*

Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft SQL
* Microsoft Visio
* EWFM (Workforce Apps) Experience
* Avaya CMS Supervisor Experience
* Ability to mentor team members

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
