    DriveTime Needs an Employee Engagement Coordinator

    That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

    In short, as the Employee Engagement Coordinator you will assist in executing employee activities designed to enrich morale and employee commitment by supporting the planning and facilitating of inspiring office events, employee recognitions, community engagements and celebrations.

    In long, the Employee Engagement Coordinator is responsible for:

    • Assisting in the preparation and planning of office events such as intern events, guest speakers, holiday events, blood drives, and any event hosted by DriveTime
    • Obtaining and ordering supplies for events (beverages, food, decorations, etc)
    • Supporting the set up and attending volunteer events and drives
    • Crafting and posting engaging content on internal and external social platforms
    • Maintaining the content calendar for social postings
    • Overseeing the charities email inbox and communications

    So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

    • Networking guru. You’ll need to be passionate about connecting with individuals from all levels and aren’t shy in doing so.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
    • A mind for the details. Okay we know “detail-oriented” is on about every job description – but we really mean it! 
    • Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.
    • Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.

    The Specifics.

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

    Nice to Haves.

    • Proficient in the Adobe suite
    • Social media/content creation experience
