Call Center-Orthopedic Medical Center
Our clinic mission is to provide excellent compassionate care to our patients, and this starts with staff in our call center. This position requires someone who is articulate, able to multi task, has great customer service skills, and wants to be a part of our great orthopedic team. Our provider team is expanding, and this position is available to the right candidate.
Location: 56th St and Bell, 73rd St. and Thompson Peak PKWY
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
Our office uses GE Centricity PMS and EMR.
1. Should have experience working in a Physician based office setting, but prior call center experience is a plus!
2. Must have customer service skills, be able to interact with patients, Medical Assistants, Physicians and others in a polite, respectful and professional manner.
3. Should have experience with scheduling patient appointments, and entering demographics, collecting co-payments/co-insurance information, medical terminology and interacting with patients.
4. Experience required in dealing with health insurance plans including but not limited to Medicare, Ahcccs, Commercial and Market place plans is a plus.
5.EMR experience (GE Centricity is a plus)
