Key responsibilities:

- Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services
- Coordinating orders to ensure process completion
- Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees
- Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents
- Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions
- Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned
- Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service
- Making arrangements related to travel and meetings
- Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 1+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
- Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field
- Purchase Requests experience highly desired
- Practical knowledge of customer service
- Email Correspondence experience
- Proven knowledge of projects
- Expertise in Professional Phone Etiquette
