Be Someone’s Superhero

At Southwest Network, our employees are superheroes.

Not only do hundreds of them band together as the “Southwest Network Superheroes” team for an annual walk to support the local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, they are superheroes to the people they care for.

If you worked for Southwest Network, you could be a superhero, too. You could use your education and experience to help people feel better both mentally and physically, help them achieve their life goals, and truly change their lives.

You would be part of a team of innovative and dedicated people who provide integrated behavioral and physical health services. Our talented leaders would guide and mentor you, and you’d have great resources from our skilled training, information technology, human resources, quality improvement, and other support teams.

You would also be part of an organization that has an excellent reputation, not only with our employees, but with the people we serve and our community. Our reputation has been built on a commitment to excellence and responsiveness, and we maintain it with an uncommon dedication to recovery and resiliency.

Southwest Network is a non-profit organization and one of the largest community behavioral health providers in Maricopa County, Arizona. We provide innovative programs and services for low-income adults at outpatient clinics, and for children and adolescents through regional offices as well as at offices co-located with the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS).
