Within the Enterprise Contact Technology (ECT) group in PVSI & Community Bank Technology (CBT), there is an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer who will be involved in designing, implementing and supporting incremental projects for Contact Center applications. The position will be part of the technology team working in several critical telephony applications including Interaction Console (IC) and Interaction Platform Abstraction Layer (IPAL). The team is looking for a self-motivated, self-directed web developer with prior experience working on web applications and web services that interact with multiple SOR/back-end systems using SQL and communicate using REST/JSON API messaging over HTTPS.
Candidates will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- New application development and support efforts for IC and IPAL applications
- Participating in Agile sprints and understanding complex business requirements and processes through effective analysis (which includes participation in project JAR/JAD sessions and working with other SMEs, architects, business/technology partners and management to come up with solutions)
- Troubleshooting production issues and solution implementation
